There is no excuse for not diving all year around in Melbourne. Diving in a dry suit you stay out of the water so you can easily keep warm. What? Stay out of the water? Yes! Unlike a wetsuit, a dry suit seals you off from the outside water. In the PADI Dry suit Diver Specialty course, you’ll learn how to use your dry suit. And that keeps you warm! Even in very cold water.

Dry Suit Theory- Review your knowledge of dry suit diving and learn how to apply it to your now warmer diving. We will talk about the different drysuits on the market, how to look after your dry suit, buoyancy control considerations and maintenance of your dry suit.

Day one- Pool session. Practice emergency buoyancy techniques and using your dry suit for buoyancy instead of your bcd in a safe environment.

Day two- Over 2 ocean dives Meet at a selected dive site and explore how to use your dry suit. This course is a must to ensure you will dive safely and comfortably with your new suit.

Padi open water diver certification (or junior) and or equivelent certification from another training agency.
