PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer & EFR Instructor # 410451
I did a Discover Scuba Diving course in Tenerife in 2000 but it took me until 2011 to learn to dive in the wonderful waters of Port Phillip Bay.
Like many divers before me, diving started as a way to see what lies below the surface, and like nearly every diver, what I saw, along with the sense of serenity and peace, captivated me and kept me coming back for more.
Diving also provided me with a hobby that has enough technical elements to keep my mind busy, while providing me with opportunities to see and learn something new with every dive I take.
Being an instructor allows me to share the passion that I have for our aquatic world with others, to help them on their own journeys of discovery underwater, and to become part of the wider scuba diving family.
Diving has taken me to parts of the world that I would never have considered visiting before I learned, and with an ever-expanding bucket list of destinations and experiences, diving will continue to take me on journeys around this wonderful planet we live on.
Whether you have “lust for rust” (wreck diving) or just want to “swim with the fishes”; you won’t regret it.
Melbourne has enough of everything to satisfy any diver, from soft corals and sponges, to sea horses, weedy sea dragons, seals and dolphins.
As the tag line for AoS says, “See the world through our eyes”.
Come and join us.
